An Arizona native, raised in Yuma, Brandi Ruddick eagerly pursued a higher education in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, fueled by a full-ride academic scholarship and admittance into the Honor’s College. Her journey encompassed an internship in the dynamic sales department at KMLE Country 108 in Phoenix, AZ, followed by a seamless transition to a full-time sales position with CBS Radio, where she achieved accolades such as Rookie of the Year. Over the course of her impressive 12-year career with Arizona’s Family, KTVK-3TV and KPHO-CBS5, she excelled in creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns for local small businesses, establishing herself as a true industry leader.

Kevin McElroy

Kevin, a proud Midwest transplant, has called Arizona home since graduating from Michigan State University’s business school in 2013. With more than 14 years of experience in both traditional and digital advertising, Kevin has built a career helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways. He spent nine years with Arizona’s Family CBS 5 and 3TV, and five years with FOX stations in both Phoenix and Detroit, where he partnered with businesses of all sizes to craft strategies that drove growth and loyalty. Passionate about more than just selling, Kevin believes great advertising tells a story—one that inspires customers and turns them into lifelong fans. Outside of work, Kevin is always seeking new experiences. He loves to travel, ski the slopes in winter, and explore hiking trails across the Southwest during the summer.

Hayley Bejarano

Hayley, an Arizona native raised in Surprise, found herself after graduation on a journey across the country to attend the University of Central Florida on a full-ride athletic scholarship to play softball. The culmination of 4 years as a student-athlete resulted in her attaining a bachelor’s degree in human communications with a minor in sports business management. When faced with the challenges of the COVID pandemic, Hayley seized the opportunity for a 5th year of athletic eligibility, transferring to the University of North Florida to play her final season while pursuing a master’s degree in business management. Post-graduation, she made significant contributions at a mobile technology company, honing her skills in content creation and analytics. Her return to Arizona was driven by her ambition to apply her expertise in executing impactful marketing campaigns for businesses of all sizes & to be close to her family.

Born and raised in Arizona, Carter Punturi attended Northern Arizona University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. Upon returning to Phoenix, he delved into a specialized career in Search Engine Optimization. Commencing as a link development specialist in the agency realm, he swiftly developed a keen interest in the technical aspects of SEO. With a decade of solid experience in the Digital Marketing industry, he has garnered director level expertise working with numerous Fortune 500 companies across various sectors. Carter subsequently transitioned into consulting, focusing on enhancing visibility and search presence for local businesses throughout Arizona.

Specializing in branding, motion graphics, commercial advertisements, UX design, and both print and digital media. With a robust portfolio featuring collaborations with prominent national brands, Lloyd is dedicated to crafting visually compelling and strategically sound designs and storytelling that resonate with audiences and elevate brand identities.

Sara Dickson

Starting out in Toronto, Canada at George Brown College, Sara has been working in the design industry for over 25 years. Building on her artistic background and branching out into different areas of design has been a great base for all her design work, having an innate eye for the elements of design. Work history includes designer for multiple marketing and branding agencies, in-house design, and freelancing for multitudes of companies in various industries. Specialties include branding, marketing, digital design, advertising, illustration and magazine design. Sara also operates a mural company, designing and painting large-scale art for commercial and residential.
